Each of the Network Committees meets at least three times a year, and the majority of committees meet bi-monthly. Details of meeting frequencies can be found in the 'Minutes and Agendas' link on the right hand side of each committee's individual page.

The minutes of the last six meetings to take place are held on this website. If you require information from a set of minutes which is more than six meetings old, please go to the 'Contact Us' page and place a request for an earlier set of minutes to the Cancer Network directly.

In line with the spirit of the Freedom of Information Act the Network Board has agreed to give public access to the terms of reference and minutes of the above meetings.

Minutes and meeting notes reflect the general discussion and actions agreed, they are not verbatim and will include terminology, abbreviations and professional language which, when taken out of context, could lead to confusion. Under the Freedom of Information Act it is possible for you to request further information. Requests of this nature should be made in writing to the Network Director.
